Every courier books on your own merchant account — rates and COD payouts stay directly between you and the courier. Courier integration is included in every plan, the free one too.
How do I integrate a courier with my online store?
In Sellsull, go to Dashboard → Manage Shop → Courier, enter your courier's API details (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX or Carrybee) and switch it on. Add the webhook URL shown there to the courier's panel and the delivery status flows back by itself. No developer needed.
Can I use more than one courier?
Yes. Keep several couriers switched on and choose the courier per order — for example one inside Dhaka and another outside.
Does courier integration cost extra?
No. Courier integration is part of every Sellsull plan, including the free Starter plan. The courier's delivery charge is billed to your own courier account as before.
How do I catch a fake order before it goes to the courier?
The Fraud Check button on every order (Professional plan and up) shows the customer's courier history in one tap — parcels received vs returned. You can also block a suspicious phone number, IP address or device.
