Get API access
Get your Store ID and API access token from RedX.
Connect in Sellsull
Dashboard → Manage Shop → Courier → RedX: add them and switch it on.
Turn on status updates
Give RedX the webhook URL shown on that page so delivery status comes back automatically.
Send orders
Open an order, choose the RedX delivery area and parcel weight, and send.

Every courier books on your own merchant account — rates and COD payouts stay directly between you and the courier. Courier integration is included in every plan, the free one too.
Can I send orders to RedX from my Sellsull store?
Yes. Connect your RedX Store ID and API token, then send any order from the order page: choose the RedX area and weight and the parcel is created with the COD amount filled in.
Can I send many orders to RedX at once?
Not yet — RedX orders are sent one at a time. For bulk sending (up to 25 at once) Steadfast, Pathao and Carrybee are supported.
Does the order status update automatically?
Yes, after you give RedX the webhook URL shown in Sellsull's courier settings.
