What you need
- Your Steadfast merchant account
- API Key and Secret Key (Steadfast panel → API)
- A Sellsull shop (the free plan works too)
Get your API keys
Log in to your Steadfast merchant panel and copy the API Key and Secret Key.
Paste them in Sellsull
Dashboard → Manage Shop → Courier → Steadfast: paste both keys and switch it on.
Turn on status updates
Copy the webhook URL shown on the same page into Steadfast's webhook setting — delivered, cancelled and returned orders then update themselves.
Send orders
From the order list, send one order (you can edit the delivery address first) or select up to 25 and send them together.

Which e-commerce website builder works with Steadfast Courier?
Sellsull has Steadfast built in. Connect your Steadfast API Key and Secret Key and you can send any website, landing page or POS order to Steadfast in one click, or up to 25 orders at once, without opening the Steadfast panel.
Do I need my own Steadfast account?
Yes. Parcels are booked on your own Steadfast merchant account, so Steadfast's rates, pickup and COD payments stay exactly as they are with you — Sellsull only sends the order details for you.
Is the COD amount filled in automatically?
Yes. The order total the customer owes (products, delivery charge and any discount) is sent as the COD amount, so there's nothing to type.
Will the order status update by itself?
Yes, once you add the webhook URL shown in Sellsull to your Steadfast panel: delivered orders become Delivered, cancelled become Cancelled and returned or partly delivered become Return.
Is it available on the free plan?
Yes. Courier integration is included in every Sellsull plan, including the free Starter plan.
